I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW # 113183). I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed my Master of Social Work from the California State University of Long Beach. 

 

Currently I work at a dual diagnosis treatment center as the primary EMDR therapist and maintain an individual caseload there as well. Working at a mental health/addiction treatment center has made me comfortable to specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and mood disorders. I have experience working in community mental health which has exposed me to working with various cultures and diverse backgrounds. 

 

I use evidenced-based practices with an emphasis on mindfulness and holistic approaches to integrate your past experiences to become the best version of yourself. I am here to affirm that everyone’s experience is different so no problem is the same and I will meet with you to create an individualized healing experience.
