I am an Associate Mariage and Family Therapist (AMFT #135045) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #12359). A California State University, Fullerton alumna with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of
Science in Counseling. I moved here at a young age and grew up in the Los Angeles area, a highly diverse area with significant representation of many cultures. I am bilingual in Armenian and enjoy visiting my birth country regularly. I’ve lived in Orange County for many years now and love being so close to the beach and spending quality time with my children. In my free time, I enjoy attending concerts, art shows, museums, botanical gardens, and community events.
As a Southwest Asian and North African (SWANA) therapist, I seek to be supportive, validating, and culturally respectful, and provide a collaborative environment that invites my clients into the therapeutic process using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relational Cultural Therapy to help them meet their goals. I provide a supportive and safe space for individuals, couples, and families (telehealth and/or in-person) while processing the challenges experienced in their day-to-day life. I am compassionate and understanding and will work to build a relationship in which individuals can feel safely challenged and supported. In working collaboratively with my clients, I help them navigate life’s challenges by nurturing self-awareness and discovering more about themselves and who they are in light of their experiences. I am also very passionate about social justice causes and advocating for my clients.
I am being supervised by Jane DeWilde, LMFT #107315
